Responsibility as a Patient
Please review the benefits and requirements of your specific insurance plan. We contract with multiple insurance carriers and each carrier may have several different plans and/or policies.
Based on your health plan, you may be responsible for co-pays, deductibles and non-covered services. Cancer Care Northwest is contractually obligated to collect these amounts. Co-pays are payable at the time of service.
Your insurance card(s) is scanned during the check-in process at your first appointment and every 90 days after. This ensures we have the most up-to-date information and helps avoid any unnecessary billing problems. Please notify us of any new insurance changes.
Our billing customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, to assist you with your account or billing questions. Call us at (509) 228-1300.
