Peter Schlegel, MD

For over 20 years, Dr. Schlegel has been dedicated to delivering compassionate oncology care to the Spokane community. His mission has been to enhance the health and well-being of cancer patients by utilizing every available tool and treatment option. Through these efforts, and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary cancer treatment team, countless Spokane patients have achieved control over their cancer, with many experiencing complete remission.
 
As the CCNW Medical Center Oncology Consultant, Dr. Schlegel plays a vital role in assessing, coordinating, and providing treatment for hospitalized patients. He works closely with Cancer Care Northwest—the region’s leading provider of integrated cancer care—and the hospital to ensure seamless, comprehensive cancer treatment. His position demands deep expertise in medical oncology, the ability to collaborate within a highly specialized teams, and a commitment to delivering the best personalized care and outcomes for each patient.
