Cancer Care Northwest Welcomes New Oncology Counselor, Sheree Lobdell, MSW, LICSW

SPOKANE, WA - Cancer Care Northwest (CCNW) is proud to announce the addition of
Sheree Lobdell, MSW, LICSW, as the new Oncology Counselor to join the practice. Sheree will continue CCNW’s mission to provide a fully integrated approach to the prevention, detection, treatment, and healing of cancer and related diseases while inspiring hope for living.
Sheree graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work as well as a Masters of Social Work degree. Sheree is an experienced oncology counselor who has worked with individuals and families with long-term, chronic medical conditions. She teaches stress management strategies that include Mindfulness Therapy and breathing techniques. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a psycho-social practice that aims to improve mental health, and grief work are at the center of her practice. Sheree’s educational focus in Medical Social Work has guided her approach in working with individuals and families experiencing cancer. She works closely with her patients to set and reach goals for the well-being of patients and their families.
