SPOKANE, WA - Cancer Care Northwest (CCNW), is proud to announce the induction of its newest Physician Assistant. Krista Kahl, PA-C, joined CCNW at the start of 2019, bringing with her extensive professional expertise in surgical oncology procedures and diagnoses; caring for oncology patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. This experience, in addition to formal certifications, ample education, and notable honors and memberships, will further elevate local cancer services at CCNW. Kahl will contribute to CCNW’s mission to apply a unique comprehensive, innovative, compassionate and integrated approach to beating cancer here in the Inland Northwest.

“We are honored to welcome Krista Kahl to our cancer-fighting team,” says Dr. Ryan Holbrook, CCNW Practice President and Surgical Oncologist. “Krista comes to us with extensive experience in surgical care. Moreover, she understands this region as she has worked with some of the top surgeons and physicians in this area, and has cared for patients for nearly two decades. CCNW’s goal is to assemble the best possible care team available and keep innovative treatment options where patients can easily access them, right here at home. Her addition is a significant contribution to this effort.”

Krista Kahl received a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Washington University in Human Biology. Krista went on to graduate from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana with a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
