Cancer Care Northwest Welcomes New Radiation Oncologist, Jonathan Sharrett, DO
Cancer Care Northwest (CCNW) is proud to announce the addition of Jonathan Sharrett, DO, as the newest radiation oncologist to join the practice. Dr. Sharrett will continue CCNW’s mission to provide a fully integrated approach to the prevention, detection, treatment, and healing of cancer and related diseases while inspiring hope for living.
Dr. Sharrett is a board-certified radiation oncologist at Cancer Care Northwest. He completed his radiation oncology training at Cleveland Clinic, including pediatric experience at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Originally from Appalachia Tennessee, he served on active duty in the U.S. military before pursuing medicine. Personal family experiences with advanced cancer inspired his path into oncology, particularly radiation oncology, following research experience at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Since 2020, Dr. Sharrett has practiced in the Inland Northwest, joining Cancer Care Northwest in 2026. He is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered, multidisciplinary care and strives to make a meaningful impact on each patient’s overall well-being. He also serves as faculty at the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine, where he enjoys teaching future physicians.
Outside of work, he values time with his family and friends, physical activity, sports, and exploring philosophy, spirituality, and psychology.
