SPOKANE, WA - Cancer Care Northwest (CCNW) is proud to announce the addition of Beth Passmore, MBA, as the newest Executive Director to join the practice. Beth will continue CCNW’s mission to provide a fully integrated approach to the prevention, detection, treatment, and healing of cancer and related diseases while inspiring hope for living.

With more than 16 years of healthcare leadership experience, Beth has built a reputation as a collaborative, people-centered executive who leads with both strategic vision and genuine compassion. Throughout her career, Beth has successfully led operational transformation, organizational growth, compliance initiatives, physician partnerships, and performance improvement efforts across a variety of healthcare settings. She has overseen all aspects of organizational operations, including clinic management, provider partnerships, compliance, new service line development, and IT infrastructure.

As she steps into leadership at Cancer Care Northwest, Beth brings a deep commitment to building strong teams, fostering meaningful relationships, and ensuring exceptional patient-centered care. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in truly knowing the whole person understanding that employees, patients, and partners all thrive when they feel valued, heard, and supported. She believes healthcare leadership is about serving others first and creating cultures where compassion and excellence can coexist.

In addition to her professional leadership, Beth is deeply invested in her community. She serves as Vice President of Community of Candles, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing birthday celebrations for children who may not otherwise experience one and is also a board member for Women Helping Women, supporting initiatives that empower women throughout the community.

Beth earned both her MBA and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Whitworth University, graduating with honors. She also holds certifications in Operations Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Healthcare Information Security.

Outside of her professional and community commitments, Beth has recently discovered a love for golf, a hobby she enjoys for both the challenge and the opportunity to continue learning and growing.
