Cancer Care Northwest promotes Erin Swanson, MSIT, MSHI, BSN, RN, to serve as Chief Information Officer

SPOKANE, WA - Cancer Care Northwest (CCNW) is proud to announce the promotion of
Erin Swanson, MSIT, MSHI, BSN, RN, as Chief Information Officer of the practice. Erin will continue CCNW’s mission to provide a fully integrated approach to the prevention, detection, treatment, and healing of cancer and related diseases while inspiring hope for living.
Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Washington, in Bothell, WA. While working in the ICU & PCU as a Registered Nurse, Erin went back to school to complete her Master of Science degree in Health Informatics from the University of Illinois, in Chicago, IL. In 2016, Erin began her work at CCNW as the Clinical Informatics Manager. Five years later, she took on the role of Director of Clinical Informatics. While working for CCNW, Erin made the decision to go back to school to expand her education and skill set, where she ultimately earned her Master of Science degree in IT Management from Western Governors University, in Millcreek, UT. Most recently, Erin was promoted to her new role in the organization as Chief Information Officer.
