We encourage you to contact your healthcare plan to seek answers regarding coverage and out of pocket responsibility. Please provide your photo ID and insurance card at your visit and immediately notify us if you have a change or loss of coverage.

Secure Online Bill Payment
Through the Cancer Care Northwest website, you can access the secure payment portal using the 'Online Bill Pay' button above. We accept direct bank payments as well as all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

Please include the payment slip from your billing statement or notate your Cancer Care Northwest Patient ID Number on your payment source.

In Person
The front desk staff at our clinics and treatment sites will accept your payment. They will refer you to our business office experts to help answer any questions regarding your bill or financial responsibility.
