Secure Online Bill Payment
Through the Cancer Care Northwest website, you can access a secure payment portal using the payment link listed below. We accept direct bank payments as well as all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
By Mail
You may remit payment using the envelope included with your patient statement or you can mail your payment to:

Please include the payment slip from your billing statement or notate your Cancer Care Northwest Patient ID Number on your payment source.
By Phone
You can reach our dedicated business team at 509-228-1025. We are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm to take your payment, setup payment arrangements or assist you with any questions you may have regarding your financial responsibility.
In Person
The front desk staff at our clinics and treatment sites will accept your payment. They will refer you to our business office experts to help answer any questions regarding your bill or financial responsibility.
Insurance coverage terms and conditions vary between individual plans, carriers and policies. We encourage you to contact your healthcare plan to seek answers regarding coverage and out of pocket responsibility. Please provide your photo ID and insurance card at your visit and immediately notify us if you have a change or loss of coverage.
