Susan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University and she is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management. Shortly after graduating, Susan quickly found that the healthcare industry was her calling and she has devoted the last 25 years working in for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals and clinics. At Cancer Care Northwest, Susan oversees human resource operations and corporate compliance. In her role, every decision that she makes must be based on what is best for our patients. She believes in a culture where all employees are educated as a caregiver regardless of their job description.
