Annette Nagle, RN, BSN

Director of Nursing

Annette earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of North Dakota in 2000 and started her tenure at Cancer Care Northwest in August of 2005 as an RN at our South Clinic infusion room. Since then, Annette has excelled at various nursing positions within CCNW, including South Clinic Nursing Supervisor, RN to one of our CCNW Medical Oncologists, and CCNW Stem Cell Transplant Coordinator where she assisted Dr. Hakan Kaya in his Stem Cell Transplant Program to treat multiple myeloma and lymphoma patients. In August 2015, Annette advanced to CCNW Nurse Manager, and most recently was promoted to CCNW Nursing Director, managing approximately 65 nursing staff (RN’s, LPN’s & MA’s). Annette believes in a “open door” management philosophy, where she can listen to employee feedback, offer advice, and assist with difficult situations. She recognizes the important role that nurses have in a patient’s cancer journey, setting goals for her department that are centered around compassionate, thorough, comprehensive care.

In her free time, you can find Annette at the hockey rink or gymnasium supporting her 3 boys in their various sporting activities. She and her husband enjoy being outside gardening, traveling and spending as much time with their family as possible.
