How do I
schedule an appointment for my patient? The
scheduling process is quick and easy. Please call the Cancer Care
Northwest location where you want the patient to be seen and ask for
the scheduler. Our office phone numbers are: North 228-1400, South
228-1000, and Valley 228-1200. Physicians who are scheduling a
patient for our Chewelah outreach clinic should call our North
office, while those requesting appointments for our Davenport, Moses
Lake and Ritzville clinics should call our South office.
What will I need to provide to your clinic for the initial
consultation? In our
ongoing efforts to deliver quality patient care, it is critical we
receive complete medical records and films on your patient
prior to their appointment. This information is vital to our ability
to accurately access the patient’s condition.
Can I request my patient be assigned to a particular
doctor? We try to
accommodate all requests, however it may take longer for your
patient to be seen if a particular physician is requested.
How soon can my patient be seen? Patients
can usually be accommodated within one to two weeks. If this is an
urgent case, please request to speak to a doctor immediately.
